Palicourea sphaerocephala adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Rubiaceae (suku kopi-kopian). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Venezuela hingga Bolivia. Nama ilmiah Palicourea sphaerocephala pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Johannes Müller Argoviensis pada tahun 2017.
