Palicourea toroi merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Rubiaceae (suku kopi-kopian). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kolombia barat. Nama ilmiah Palicourea toroi diperkenalkan oleh Paul Carpenter Standley pada tahun 1930.
