Palmeria hypotephra merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Monimiaceae yang memiliki pola tumbuh memanjat. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Queensland timur (Cook). Nama ilmiah Palmeria hypotephra pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Ferdinand von Mueller pada tahun 1913.
