Pandanus thomensis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Pandanaceae (suku pandan-pandanan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah São Tomé (Pulau das Rolas). Nama ilmiah Pandanus thomensis diperkenalkan oleh Julio Augusto Henriques pada tahun 1887.
