Panicum homblei adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah RD Kongo. Nama ilmiah Panicum homblei diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Frans Hubert Edouard Arthur Walter Robyns pada tahun 1932.
