Panicum notatum adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di kawasan Asia tropis dan subtropis. Nama ilmiah Panicum notatum pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Anders Johan Retzius pada tahun 1786.
