Paphiopedilum ayubianum adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Orchidaceae (suku anggrek-anggrekan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Sulawesi Utara. Nama ilmiah Paphiopedilum ayubianum diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Olaf Gruss pada tahun 2022.
