Paphiopedilum charlesworthii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan epifit dari famili Orchidaceae (suku anggrek-anggrekan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Assam (Mizoram) hingga China (Yunnan barat). Nama ilmiah Paphiopedilum charlesworthii pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Robert Allen Rolfe pada tahun 1894.
