Paphiopedilum helenae adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Orchidaceae (suku anggrek-anggrekan). Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan tumbuh menempel pada permukaan bebatuan (litofit). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari China (Guangxi barat daya) hingga Vietnam Utara. Nama ilmiah Paphiopedilum helenae pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Leonid Vladimirovich Averyanov pada tahun 1996.
