Paphiopedilum vejvarutianum adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Orchidaceae (suku anggrek-anggrekan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Thailand barat daya, Vietnam. Nama ilmiah Paphiopedilum vejvarutianum pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Olaf Gruss pada tahun 2003.
