Paphiopedilum villosum var. boxallii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Orchidaceae (suku anggrek-anggrekan). Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan tumbuh menempel di pohon lain (epifit) atau di bebatuan (litofit). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari China (Yunnan barat daya) hingga Indo-China utara. Nama ilmiah Paphiopedilum villosum var. boxallii pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Heinrich Gustav Reichenbach pada tahun 1903.
