Parathesis belizensis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Primulaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Meksiko (Chiapas) hingga Belize. Nama ilmiah Parathesis belizensis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Cyrus Longworth Lundell pada tahun 1963.
