Parathesis chiapensis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Primulaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Meksiko (Veracruz, Oaxaca, Chiapas). Nama ilmiah Parathesis chiapensis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Merritt Lyndon Fernald pada tahun 1901.
