Parathesis fusca adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Primulaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Amerika tengah hingga Kolombia barat. Nama ilmiah Parathesis fusca pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Anders Sandøe Ørsted pada tahun 1902.
