Parathesis kochii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Primulaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Meksiko (Veracruz, Oaxaca). Nama ilmiah Parathesis kochii pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Cyrus Longworth Lundell pada tahun 1982.
