Parathesis macrantha adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Primulaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kosta Rika. Nama ilmiah Parathesis macrantha pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Cyrus Longworth Lundell pada tahun 1942.
