Parathesis prionophylla adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Primulaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Meksiko (Nayarit). Nama ilmiah Parathesis prionophylla pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Paul Carpenter Standley pada tahun 1924.
