Parathesis tetramera adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Primulaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Meksiko (Guerrero). Nama ilmiah Parathesis tetramera pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Arthur Allman Bullock pada tahun 1939.
