Parodia rechensis merupakan tumbuhan sukulen berbentuk perdu kecil dari famili Cactaceae (suku kaktus-kaktusan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Brazil (Rio Grande do Sul). Nama ilmiah Parodia rechensis diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Albert Frederik Hendrik Buining pada tahun 1982.
