Paropsia braunii merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Passifloraceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Tanzania hingga Mozambique dan Limpopo. Nama ilmiah Paropsia braunii diperkenalkan oleh Ernest Friedrich Gilg pada tahun 1908.
