Paspalum hispidum adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Guatemala. Nama ilmiah Paspalum hispidum diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Jason Richard Swallen pada tahun 1950.
