Pastinaca kochii subsp. latifolia merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Apiaceae (suku adas-adasan) yang memiliki siklus hidup dua musim (biennial). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Corse. Nama ilmiah Pastinaca kochii subsp. latifolia diperkenalkan oleh Jean Étienne Duby pada tahun 2008.
