Peddiea polyantha merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Thymelaeaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Tanzania barat daya. Nama ilmiah Peddiea polyantha diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Ernest Friedrich Gilg pada tahun 1901.
