Pelecyphora macromeris subsp. runyonii merupakan tumbuhan sukulen berbentuk perdu kecil dari famili Cactaceae (suku kaktus-kaktusan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Texas selatan hingga Meksiko (Tamaulipas). Nama ilmiah Pelecyphora macromeris subsp. runyonii pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Nathaniel Lord Britton pada tahun 2022.
