Penstemon amphorellae adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Plantaginaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Meksiko timur laut. Nama ilmiah Penstemon amphorellae pertama kali dipublikasikan pada tahun 1970.
