Penstemon debilis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Plantaginaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Colorado. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan parachute beardtongue. Nama ilmiah Penstemon debilis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Steve Lawrence O'Kane pada tahun 1987.
