Penstemon glaber var. alpinus adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Plantaginaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim dingin (subalpin atau subarktik) di wilayah Amerika Serikat barat-tengah. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan alpine sawsepal penstemon. Nama ilmiah Penstemon glaber var. alpinus pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis John Torrey pada tahun 1862.
