Penstemon guadalupensis merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Plantaginaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Texas. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan guadalupe beardtongue. Nama ilmiah Penstemon guadalupensis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Amos Arthur Heller pada tahun 1895.
