Penstemon incertus merupakan tumbuhan perdu atau perdu kecil dari famili Plantaginaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah California selatan-tengah. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan mojave beardtongue. Nama ilmiah Penstemon incertus pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Townshend Stith Brandegee pada tahun 1899.
