Penstemon perfoliatus adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Plantaginaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Meksiko (Oaxaca). Nama ilmiah Penstemon perfoliatus pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Alexandre Brongniart pada tahun 1844.
