Penstemon potosinus adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Plantaginaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Meksiko (Zacatecas, San Luis PotosÃ). Nama ilmiah Penstemon potosinus pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Richard Myron Straw pada tahun 1963.
