Pentace laxiflora merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Malvaceae (suku kapas-kapasan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kalimantan. Nama ilmiah Pentace laxiflora diperkenalkan oleh Elmer Drew Merrill pada tahun 1926.
