Pentaphragma paucinerve adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Pentaphragmataceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Filipina (Luzon). Nama ilmiah Pentaphragma paucinerve pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Eduardo Quisumbíng y Argüelles pada tahun 1928.
