Pentzia laxa merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari Botswana. Nama ilmiah Pentzia laxa diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Cornelis Eliza Bertus Bremekamp pada tahun 1935.
