Peperomia amplexicaulis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Piperaceae (suku sirih-sirihan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Jamaika. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan jackie's saddle. Nama ilmiah Peperomia amplexicaulis diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Olof Peter Swartz pada tahun 1831.
