Perezia pilifera merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Nama ilmiah Perezia pilifera diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Fritz (Federico) Kurtz pada tahun 1894. Nama spesies ini merupakan sinonim dari Perezia pilifera.
