Peristylus gracilis subsp. insularis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Orchidaceae (suku anggrek-anggrekan). Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk bonggol berbentuk umbi. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Taiwan (Lan Yü). Nama ilmiah Peristylus gracilis subsp. insularis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Tian Chuan Hsu pada tahun 2016.
