Peristylus tricallosus adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Orchidaceae (suku anggrek-anggrekan). Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk bonggol berbentuk umbi. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Sulawesi. Nama ilmiah Peristylus tricallosus diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Johannes Jacobus Smith pada tahun 1933.
