Perityle lobata merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari Meksiko (Baja California Sur). Nama ilmiah Perityle lobata diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Ivan Murray Johnston pada tahun 1924.
