Persea buchtienii merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Lauraceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Bolivia. Nama ilmiah Persea buchtienii pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Otto Christian Schmidt pada tahun 1933.
