Persea hypoleuca adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Lauraceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Kuba hingga Hispaniola. Nama ilmiah Persea hypoleuca pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Achille Richard pada tahun 1889.
