Persoonia laxa merupakan tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Proteaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari New South Wales (Coast tengah: Manly hingga Newport). Nama ilmiah Persoonia laxa pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Lawrence Alexander Sidney Johnson pada tahun 1991.
