Persoonia muelleri adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Proteaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Tasmania. Nama ilmiah Persoonia muelleri pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Paul Évariste Parmentier pada tahun 1984.
