Pertya rigidula merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Jepang (Honshu). Nama ilmiah Pertya rigidula diperkenalkan oleh Friedrich Anton Wilhelm Miquel pada tahun 1900.
