Peyritschia graphephoroides merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Meksiko selatan hingga Amerika tengah. Nama ilmiah Peyritschia graphephoroides pertama kali dipublikasikan pada tahun 2019.
