Phalaenopsis bastianii merupakan tumbuhan epifit dari famili Orchidaceae (suku anggrek-anggrekan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Filipina (Sulu Arch.). Nama ilmiah Phalaenopsis bastianii diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Olaf Gruss pada tahun 1991.
