Phalaenopsis cochlearis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan epifit dari famili Orchidaceae (suku anggrek-anggrekan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di kawasan Malesia barat. Nama ilmiah Phalaenopsis cochlearis diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Richard Eric Holttum pada tahun 1964.
