Phaleria nisidae merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Thymelaeaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Papua New Guinea hingga Kepulauan Bismarck dan Kepulauan Caroline (Palau). Nama ilmiah Phaleria nisidae diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Ryōzō Kanehira pada tahun 1933.
