Phanerophlebia macrosora merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Polypodiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Meksiko hingga Amerika tengah. Nama ilmiah Phanerophlebia macrosora pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Lucien Marcus Underwood pada tahun 1899.
