Pherotrichis schaffneri merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Apocynaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering di wilayah Meksiko utara. Nama ilmiah Pherotrichis schaffneri pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Asa Gray pada tahun 1886.
